All tours are still an option for you 😀 Our team is always equipped with life jackets, just ask your guide to grab you one before you get out the van if you feel uncomfortable in the water.
We are happy to accommodate your reschedule/cancellation. Just contact the office to reschedule/cancel. All reschedule/cancellation requests must be submitted 24 hours prior to the scheduled day of the tour.
Not that we think you will but if you do request a refund request, the request will be reviewed and granted depending on the circumstance.

Yes, pregnant women have been on the waterfall tours previously but we want to raise the awareness of danger due to potential slipping, falling, climbing, etc. We ask you to please use extreme caution while on any tour. Most of the tours involve walking/climbing on/over rocks and walking on slippery grounds. It is not uncommon for clients to slip and fall.
